In recent years,traditional classroom teaching cannot meet teachers' and students' needs with the rapidly development of science and technology and constantly innovation of teaching method,therefore,what is generally accepted by public and continuously developed is that using informational teaching tools to assist classroom teaching.Rising numbers of middle and primary schools,following the lead of informational age,organize one-to-one and digitized projects to research and implement to get out of the trouble which traditional teaching effect is poor.However,the effectively carrying out digital learning projects will face considerable problems and tests.Thereinto,it is developed a key sector that if students possess good ability and quality to proceed e-learning with digital learning terminal to carry out effective study.This paper is intended to develop a Pad elementary school-based curriculum,using informational teaching equipment to assist elementary schools' classroom teaching in order to help students to improve their essential digital learning quality,which can lay the foundation for the digital learning of students.Guided by Skilbeck's "Situation Analysis Model",curriculum is developed according to the following procedures: analyzing situation,defining goals,designing programs,interpretation and implementation,inspection,evaluation,feedback and reconstruction.Firstly,building curriculum objectives and content and classifying relevant research status of digital learning.According to literature review and analysis results of project context,analyzing the background of one-to-one digital learning project,identifying gaps existing in this kind of study and establishing curriculum goals,what's more,curriculum context can also be established according to curriculum goals.The next is the research of classroom implementing strategies,which aim is to generate appropriate classroom implementing strategies including classroom teaching strategies,the organization form of classroom activities and the construction of related resources.The last are the evaluation of courses and indicators and the research of context and method.Evaluating,refining and completing courses include the analysis of curriculum implementing results,the defining of curriculum evaluation,the setting of curriculum evaluation indicators,the choice of evaluation methods and the modification and improvement of curriculum.The research in The first primary school in Tianquan county found that Pad elementary school-based curriculum can effectively improve basic literacy that students use relative learning tools and recourse to learn in digital environment,which lays the foundation for students' effective study in digital environment.
