Study On The Intervention Process Disaster Social Work In Poverty-stricken Areas

China is one of the most serious disasters in the world,the history,we had suffered different type and degree of disasters,in conclusion,disasters in China is characterized by severe calamity,small frequent disasters,and in disaster relief,also formed a suitable for the situation of China relief ways and means.Sichuan wenchuan earthquake in 2008,disaster social work development in China has special significance,in the process of participation in disaster relief,and social workers formed the basic mode and the mechanism involved in disasters.This study based on A county town of disaster social work project X,summing up predecessors' experience and the author to the identity of the researchers involved in the project,on the basis of the poor area disaster social work intervention mode,explore the process,the social workers professional skill and use in practice is analyzed,found the disaster social work intervention in the disaster areas to carry out the service still exist the following problems,first of all social workers often guided by the"problem" to carry out the service,ignoring the disaster to certain areas of the influence caused by individuals,families,groups of multiplicity and interactivity.Secondly,the social identity of the disaster social work is low,the service system is not perfect,and the professional social work supervision and professional talents are lacking.Moreover is the relief pattern of our country is a top-down government aid is given priority to,another form is single,and because of bureaucratic sexual norms and hierarchy control command,government coordination on financial resources,human can't cope with the sudden strong,the great big disasters.So you need to draw lessons from the advanced experience of foreign and domestic developed regions,in disaster relief,the idea of community intervention at the same time the attenltion based on the edge Angle of view and the theory of energized,mining,and integration of service object and community resources.The combination of organizational and non-organizational intervention modes is strongly advocated,so that the government,social workers and other non-governmental forces can find the proper place for their own involvement in disaster relief and reconstruction.At the same time,the disaster social work should be brought into the government rescue system,and the government,universities and other folk forces should be combined to promote the development of the theory and practice of disaster social work in China.
