| With the reform of the basic education curriculum,primary school teachers face new challenges.In order to adapt to new concepts and meet new requirements,it is imperative to strengthen primary school teacher training.The rapid development and reform in this information age,what kind of training can fundamentally improve the comprehensive quality of primary school teachers,to really improve the teaching quality of the school? School-based training is a choice.It is not only low cost,quick effect,convenient operation,but also the main training method that teachers are willing to accept.In view of this,this research mainly adopts the investigation method,with 10 headmasters and 100 teachers from 10 primary schools in the city in Zhu Zhou city Shi Feng District were investigated.In order to improve the effectiveness of school-based training of primary school teachers,it is necessary to know the current successful experiences of school-based training for primary school teachers,the practical difficulties encountered and how to carry out school-based training in primary schools.Therefore,in order to enable primary school teachers’ school-based training to play a role,we must solve these problems in a timely manner by investigating the current training and finding problems.In order to strengthen the effectiveness of school-based training,let the training be truly carried out,and let primary school teachers be happy to participate,be willing to accept and apply what they have learned,we must deal with the source of the problem,and make specific analysis of the specific issues.We must straighten out the subject relationship of school-based training of primary school teachers,implement the school responsibility of school-based training of primary school teachers,encourage primary school teachers to study independently,and improve the guarantee mechanism of school-based training. |
