Nowadays,teachers,students and three-foot lectern have become a common development law in rural primary school.For the development of students,are very limited.In Pingdingshan center elementary school,the principal has been sticking to the everybody,not everyone is successful,but beg the development,the education philosophy,and as a feature of the school,polishing a collision sparks with exam-oriented education.This paper mainly adopts the case study method,the literature research method,the interview research method and the observation method.To extract the characteristics of rural primary school and the school model.First of all,this paper sums up the development paths of pingdingshan town center primary school from the beginning to the present through sorting out the relevant background of pingdingshan town center primary school.Secondly,through interviews with principals,teachers and students,we have extracted the efforts made by the school for the specialty,the selection of characteristics and the way of development.Then we learn about the progress that the school has made in the development of the specialty,as well as the recognition and acceptance of its development by students and teachers.Finally,the paper analyzes and sorts out the running mode of pingdingshan town center primary school,and abstracting out the mode of running a school for the majority of rural primary schools,which reflects the practical significance of this research.This article through to the pingdingshan town central primary school running model for induction and summary of the theory of forming its own unique teaching thought and its rise to the height of the theory,the final attempt to its education teaching thought is applied to actual rural elementary school running mode,and then from the theory and the actual contact tease out its enlightenment teaching ideology for the rural primary school education.Hope on the current rural elementary school on the issue of school-running mode can provide support on theory and practice,expect the children living in rural communities will also be able to have their own a piece of heaven and earth,and living out his own color.
