School-running features are a schools's educational style and features with specialty, high quality and stability formed in long-term educational practices. Past 20 years of reform and opening-up, We have got some theoretical achievements, and also some schools have effectivly explored their own features according to their reality. Therefore, more and more schools with their own special features appear.Changjun High School, a famous school with more than 100 years old history of accumulating and researching, with the school principle of Simple, Sincere, Self-possessed and Resolute and the school spirit of strict, standard, diligent, knowledgeble as its symbol, gives full play to its advance with times and enlarges its advancement according its fine tradition to form its own features.School-running features of Changjun High School can be seen from:Simple, Sincere, Self-possessed and Resolute school-running policy, management, teaching, moral education and learning environment. This paper presents some effecting factors on how to form Changjun's own features by going over its founding history. The main factors are deep accumulation history, rich individual charactered headmasters, rigorous professional teachers, ascension characteristics education research and inspiring school culture. We also have studied how to innovate the features in order that it can cause to take a serious thought on how to invent the new look of educational reformation, how to extend the quality oriented education from every aspects, and how to educate thee creative and original human resources to meet the needs of our society.
