This paper mainly studies the Daqing petroleum senior middle school teacher’s ethics problems.Back in 2008,the ministry of education revised the primary and secondary school teachers’ professional ethics,to abide by,love and dedication,love students,teaching,a teacher by worthy example,lifelong learning,puts forward a new request,the revised necessary for high school teachers’ ethics ethics put forward higher requirements.Previous scholars research ethics theory,but for the study of how to improve the levelof high school teacher’s ethics.In this paper,through investigating high school ethics present situation and existing problems,and through analyzing the cause of the high school teacher’s ethics problems existing research,find out the crux of the ethics problems,put forward effective countermeasures of high virtue.This study by Daqing petroleum senior middle schools,107 teachers and 528 students as the research sample,using the education statistics,literature method,questionnaire method and interview method.By studying the following conclusions:(1)senior middle school of Daqing oil senior middle school has a high overall level,but there is a shortage of teachers and ethics in caring for students,teaching and educating people,and being a teacher.(2)there is a lack of effectiveness in the self-management of teachers.Some teachers cannot consciously abide by the rules and regulations of teachers,and there are paid tutors,satirical and satirical students.(3)ethics lack of effectiveness evaluation system,the teacher’s ethics weight than slightly low,part of the teachers in the academic level and was admitted to a key university student number is given priority to,in order to score as the only standard to evaluate students phenomenon;(4)lack of ethics education management effectiveness,ethics education and training of the school is limited,the lack of effective guide for teachers’ education,ethics education method and content of the lack of practical and operational,there are some teachers lack exploring innovation,ideal and ambition.According to the research results,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)strengthening teachers’ influence on students,teaching and teaching;(2)strengthen the effectiveness of self-management;(3)strengthen the effectiveness of the system;(4)strengthen the effectiveness of supervision and incentive of teachers’ morality;(5)enhance the effectiveness of education management. |
