Research On The Formation Mechanism Of Innovative Talents Quality Based On Shi Science

In today's world,economic development changes rapidly,science and technology are on the upgrade.The competition among the enterprises and countries is increasingly fierce,but after all,it is the competition of the innovation,the talent,especially the innovative talent Innovative talents are the core elements of the innovation process,also the key and the main force to promote the innovation of countries and nations.Innovative talents continue to carry out innovative activities and produce innovative results to meet the requirements of the times,and promote social progress,development and innovation.In the process of innovative activities of creative talents,its` quality plays a decisive role.Therefore,it is very meaningful and valuable to study the quality of creative talents.The Shi science is a compatiblly innovative and universal theory which is put forward by Professor Li Dechang.The core idea of Shi science is the mechanism of "difference promoting relations,and linking enlarging differences",and symmetry mechanism of symmetrical group.The research shows that Shi science suitablly be applied to many fields,and provides a new angle and method of analyzing and researching.Based on the perspective of Shi science,the whole thesis has carried out the core idea of "difference promoting connection and linking expanding difference".First of all,this paper innovatively proposes the forming mechanism of innovative talents quality,including formation foundation,forming motivation,forming process and forming path,and establishes a symmetric structure model of innovative talents quality.Then,according to the quality model,this paper takes HUAWEI company Shandong branch as the impirical research object,using the difference and relation between the innovative talents quality of HUAWEI's and other companies in the same industry,calculating the relative score of HUAWEI company Shandong branch creative talents quality.Finally,based on the result of calculation and analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of creative talents from the perspective of Shi science.
