Zhuhai New Oriental was founded in 2015,and is subordinate to the New Oriental Education and Technology Group.After more than 20 years development,New Oriental has become the largest and comprehensive educational school with a strong brand influence.There is a large amount of loyal students there,many students join them are not because of what courses or activities they have,but just to hear the words "New Oriental".Even if it does not act any advertising,it can also attract a large number of students.Zhuhai New Oriental relies on the strong advantage of the group,and has occupied a favorable position in the education market of Zhuhai in the past two years.But New Oriental has established in Zhuhai for a short time,with only two years,other local education brands have a great influence.Plus,in recent years,investors can investment education and training institutions with low access threshold and less capital,so a large number of competitors appear in the education market,playing a low class strategy to seize the market share,making the competition in the educational industry fierce nowadays.The product homogenization of the training institutions is becoming more and more serious,but the service can be distinguished.The conventional marketing strategy will not highlight the advantages of Zhuhai New Oriental.Therefore,on the basis of the strong support of the support group,the existing marketing strategy should be improved to meet the needs of the market development.Based on the theory of service marketing,this paper will concentrate on the analysis of the existing problems in service marketing strategy of Zhuhai New Oriental School,and provide some suggestions for improvement.
