The latest epidemiological survey shows that the incidence of breast cancer in the "two cancers" in China has a clear upward trend,while compared with the Western countries,the trend of young people is more prominent.At the present stage,rehabilitation is the main goal after active,scientific and reasonable treatment for young women with breast cancer can be controlled or eliminated.When the patient underwent total and subtotal mastectomy,women's love for beauty was severely affected,which caused negative emotions and greatly affected their interpersonal communication.Social support,family relations,social role play and other aspects are affected,and ultimately seriously affect self-development and social integration.The young breast cancer women in Jinshui District were taken as the service objects in this study,and the negative emotions in the interpersonal communication of client Zhang,a young breast cancer patient after total mastectomy,were adjusted.In order to improve their interpersonal skills and quality of life.This study mainly uses the participatory observation method,interview method and action research method.The first chapter introduces the reason and significance of the topic.Young breast cancer women as a special group of the importance of society and in life,learning,family,society and other interpersonal situations faced with difficulties.The literature is sorted out,and the research on social support theory and negative emotion of breast cancer patients at home and abroad are summarized and reviewed,and the related concepts are defined and the research methods are introduced.The second chapter describes the negative emotional status of young women with breast cancer,including inferiority complex,social anxiety and depression.At the same time,it discusses the feasibility of case work intervention from young breast cancer women's own level,family level and government level.The third chapter is the practical process of social work intervention,taking client Zhang as service object to conduct case intervention.It includes case work acceptance,case goal formulation and work plan formulation,intervention process,case acceptance and evaluation,and four stages of concrete intervention: establishing trust relationship,approaching heart,constructing social support network and self-acceptance,and closing the case.The fourth chapter is the experience and reflection,summed up the social workers own service,social work theory,the owner of the case itself,and practice combined with four dimensions of experience and analysis of the lack of research.In the fifth chapter,the author gives the countermeasures and suggestions of constructing the social support network of young breast cancer women,including the family,society and government,such as the establishment of "three social linkage" and "tripartite linkage" and so on.Through the practice of case work intervention,her negative emotions in interpersonal communication were adjusted,positive self-awareness,and improved the quality of life.This study has a positive effect on the successful and complete recovery of young women with breast cancer and is of great significance to the individual development of this group.h the intervention of social work practice,she can adjust her negative emotions in interpersonal communication,have a positive cognition of herself,and improve her quality of life.This study has a positive effect on the successful and complete recovery of young women with breast cancer and is of great significance to the individual development of this group.
