In a literary work,readers always pay special attention to a few detail descriptions,which show the connotations and principles of the work.Under the new curriculum reform,teachers use the method of “promoting reading with writing;combining reading with writing” to improve students' reading ability and writing skills.However,there are certain problems in the teachers' teaching and students' study in the current teaching of reading and writing,especially unspecific and boring detail descriptions.Detail description is one of the basic functions of writing.The vivid and specific detail description can make papers more moving.Based on the teaching practice,this paper collects a large number of students' compositions to explore them through case analysis and interview.The paper can be divided into three parts.The first part is the appreciation of the detail description and the investigation of the current status of informal essay in primary school's the narrative teaching.There exists some problems,such as teachers' lack of detail appreciations and no combination of appreciation and practice,as well as most primary school students' unspecific detail descriptions and lack of authenticity in the writing process.The second part is to organize detail appreciation and take measures about practicing essay,to solve the current status and to achieve the integration of detail appreciation and practicing.First of all,the process of detail appreciation,the functions and skills of detail description,and process of detail appreciation: "to guide,to find,to read and to appreciate".Secondly,during the implementation process of practicing,teachers set the objectives and requirements for practicing,with the process: "to write","to evaluate","to rewrite",and "to show ".Finally,the detail appreciation and practising will form an interactive model,which means that promoting practice with appreciation,promoting appreciation with practice,and promoting appreciation and practice with evaluation.The third part is problems which should be focus on during detail appreciation and practicing.First,the upgrading of Chinese language teachers' literacy.Second,the support of school.Supported by Chinese teachers and schools,detail appreciation and practicing will achieve the best results.Starting from theory and practice,this paper strives to provide some new ideas for detail appreciation and practising through this study.
