The research on resource teachers was based on the research on the educational trend of the integrated education,which was put forward by UNESCO in the conference on the world special needs education conference held in Spain in 1994.The model of "studying with the class" is one of the important ways in which our country's national conditions,social development,and the humanistic atmosphere are explored and developed on the basis of the development of our country's integrated education.The official official echo is the article "a trial method for the work of special children in a small year." The study of resource teachers in China began in 1994.The study of resource teachers as a research topic began in 2004.It has been studied for 24 years so far.In the last 30 years,the research on resource teachers in China has been divided into three periods,that is,the brewing period of the research of resource teachers in our country,the germination period of the research of our resource teachers and the period of the research on resource teachers in our country.In the fermment period of the research of resource teachers in China(1994-2003),the research mainly focused on the concept and experience of introducing integrated education,popularizing the model and practice of studying with the class,and promoting the program and operation of the resource classroom.In the germination period of the research of resource teachers in China(2004-2010),the main research direction is the concept of resource teachers,the analysis of the role of resource teachers and the exploration of the function of resource teachers.And the research of resource teachers in China(2011 to now)is mainly focused on the construction of teachers in China,the role of resources teachers in China and the professional requirements of our resource teachers.During the past thirty years,basic theoretical research and practical research of resource teacher research in China have made some achievements.However,the research on resource teachers in China still has a long way to go and needs further research in the following three aspects.1.the research on the role orientation of resource teachers in China.What is the resource teacher in China in the end? Under the specific conditions of our country,what are the characteristics of resource teachers? 2.related research on the professional needs of resource teachers in China.What are the professional needs of resource teachers in China? How to view and define the specific professional needs of resource teachers in China? How can we prove and define the differences between our resource teachers and foreign resource teachers in their professional needs on the basis of a large number of empirical studies? Wait? 3.related research on the construction of resources teachers in China.That is,what are the specific contents of the construction of resource teachers in China? How to establish a complete teacher training system and teacher protection system? What are the evaluation mechanisms of resource teachers? Wait?This paper makes a comprehensive review of the current research status of China's resource teachers,reviews the existing research in a period of time,and collate the achievements of the research and the problems that can continue to be further studied.Finally,a certain system is formed to provide some possibility for our resource teachers to study the future direction and provide some theoretical basis for the research on "localization" of resources teachers in China.
