This article takes Changchun city a Montessori kindergarten class management present situation,for example,found that Montessori education in some actual problems existing in the kindergarten class management,such as the use of Montessori education to carry out the process of class management,the theoretical grasp of Montessori,did not really understand the concept of Montessori education,the phenomenon such as blind imitation.In education organizational form,there is no real Montessori education concepts,the chaotic phenomenon.In terms of the relationship between teachers and students,just imitate the form,does not meet the real interaction between teachers and students,etc.In order to make the kindergarten class management in our country the real benefit from the Montessori education,make children can really comprehensive coordinated development of body and mind,it is necessary to combine current preschool education development in our practice,to analyze of Montessori education,understand the true intrinsic value,dialysis its internal education idea,make it really in the kindergarten class management.Therefore,this article summarized the current application of Montessori education in kindergarten class management deficiencies,to further explore the Montessori education continued to develop and expand,specifically from the fountain of Montessori education,the concept of Montessori education,methods of Montessori education,kindergarten classes and grade's function,the content of the kindergarten class management,the principle of the kindergarten class management from six aspects to study.Through know about H kindergarten classroom management to observe,interview,class monitor and analysis methods such as literature found some problems to be solved,namely the kindergarten class management application of Montessori education float to the surface,the concept of the related education theory,master the opaque,daily teaching organization form,there is no real democracy teacher-children relations etc.Based on the above problem,it is concluded that Montessori education in kindergarten class management,the application of reason,in many ways the insufficient should deeply analyze the Montessori education idea,from the three aspects of kindergarten,preschool teachers and parents,make the theory into practice,make Montessori education better application in class management,better service in pre-school education career.
