Family-School Communication is the basis of Home-School Cooperation and one of the most important things.Successful cooperation depends on communication between school and parents,and communication is the foundation of cooperation.Home school communication refers to family and school to realize the common education goal,understand and cooperate with each other,and carry out information transmission and exchange of ideas through various media such as language.On adapting to the new situation and strengthening and improving the work of moral education in primary and secondary schools issued by The general office of the CPC central committee and the general office of the state council on December 14,2001,and The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on further strengthening and improving the ideological and moral construction of minors on February 26,2004 both emphasize the importance of home-school cooperation during the cultivation of students,and point out the dominant position of the school in cooperation with the school,stipulating the responsibilities and obligations of the school in cooperation.The teacher,as the direct organizers and participants of home-school cooperation,plays a leading role in the home.Therefore,it's of great significance for family-school communication to carry out the study on the current situation and countermeasures of the family-school communication with teachers as the main body.This paper adopts many methods like Investigation,literature review,interview and statistics,investigating the current situation of family-school communication of x middle school teachers in Xi Ning City through Questionnaire(77 teachers and 84 parents)and interviews(10 teachers and 5 parents),having a detailed understanding of the current situation of the school's family-school communication,and then analyzing the problems and causes of the existing problems in the communication.Finally,based on the research and analysis results,and the countermeasures of improving the communication of teachers' schools in the relevant literature,the countermeasures for improving the communication level were put forward.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the overall level of family-school communication in urban junior middle schools is general;Secondly,In addition to teachers' teaching grade,teachers' teaching age,educational background,age,and whether the head teacher in the city junior middle school teachers' school communication has different performance.According to the research results,the following Suggestions are made:Firstly,Improve the communication quality of teachers:(a)The school should carry out training on family-school communication;(b)formulate rules and assessment methods for communication to arouse the enthusiasm of family-school communication;Secondly,establish the school's school communication support,and provide guarantee for teachers' school communication:(a)determine the scientific objectives of school communication and plan the correct direction of communication;(b)Create the school communication system of research and development science and enrich the teacher' s school communication to implement each link content.
