| Children are the future of families and the state. The education of children has been a concern. Modern Education believes that families and schools should be concerted and undertake the education of children jointly, and they also should take the responsibility for children’s comprehensive development. Family-school interaction is the premise and basis of what the two complement each other. However, Currently, our country primary school family-school interaction still has many problems, such as: interactive efficiency is not high, the conflict between parents and teachers are in the process of interaction, and so on. How to improve family-school interaction, the synergistic effect between parents and teachers becomes a focus in the study of this paper.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter describes the author’s overall idea, and show the reader the field and the depth of family-school interaction studies at present through domestic and overseas by sorting of the types of family-school interaction’s means, content,forms, and strategies.The second chapter is on the basis of the theory of sociology, focusing on the theoretical basis of family-school interaction. Based on the concept of the "interactive" and "family-school interaction", this paper would like provide a theoretical basis for the questionnaire survey of teachers and parents by stating the purpose, types, forms, content selection of family-school interaction.The third chapter combines the above theories. Teachers and parents from dozens of elementary schools are chosen in the questionnaire survey. Through analyzing four aspects(they are people’s awareness of the need for family-school interaction, the purposes and contents, the depth and forms, and the effect and conflicts)of family-school interaction, so we can know the current situation of family-school interaction within the scope of city and countryside. And it can put forward the strategy based on facts.The fourth chapter is based on questionnaire survey. The author believes that parents and teachers have a higher awareness of family-school interaction at present. The key measures to improve the level of family-school interaction is no longer promoting the importance of family-school interaction, but improving the ability of interaction between both sides of the family-school interaction, building a reasonable family-school interaction model, and establishing standardized security system for family-school interaction.Through the above four parts, this paper devotes itself to promote family-school interaction and makes it toward a better direction, and then makes a modest means for our country’s family-school interaction. |
