In July 6,2017,the National Textbook Committee established which examining the national curricula and curriculum standards,this not only means that the knowledge in the curricula and textbooks has entered the scope of national examination,but also means that national ideology has entered in educational institutions,courses and textbooks.Now,the research on curriculum and textbook based on instrumental rational level is still a hot spot,but the power intervention in the process of curriculum knowledge selection,the specific value orientation behind the compilation and textbooks' publication are paid little attention.Therefore,it is of profound significance to research local knowledge supply under the background of compulsory education.In the stage of compulsory education,the local knowledge supply is mainly based on the curriculum and textbooks,the power subject parties and knowledge supply process are included in it.Based on this,the theoretical basis of the study are mainly focus on knowledge control theory,ideology and curriculum theory and educational knowledge code theory.After teases out local knowledge supply's general overview in our country,taking the primary and middle schools in Wuhan,Hubei Province as research object and carry out questionnaire survey,besides,current curriculum and textbooks about primary and secondary schools in Wuhan are analyzed to reveal knowledge supply's problems,attribution analysis are carried out combining the theories and survey data,according to all of it,put forward corresponding countermeasures from national,local and school three aspects.The study is mainly divided into six parts.The first part is introduction that include research origin,research purpose and significance,literature review and research ideas and methods.The second part is about concept analysis that related knowledge supply and local knowledge supply,the concept analysis is get rid of the traditional definition but focus on the perspective of Sociology,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the study.The three part is about the overview of local knowledge supply,which spread out from subject,of knowledge supply,the nationwide overview of knowledge supply and local knowledge supply,it also involves supply subject of country,region,school and society supply side,the knowledge supply in curriculum and textbooks.The fourth part is the core of the study,which analyze local knowledge supply's problem by means of empirical analysis.In this part,through questionnaire,interview and text analysis,teachers and students in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan as the main research object and statistics and analysis are made in curriculum and textbooks so as to find out the problems exists in local knowledge supply and sum up those problems.The fifth part is about attribute analysis of the knowledge supply's problems,which launch on the domination of state power,the operation of local power and the requirements of social control.The sixth part is based on the problems and reasons of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,respectively from the state,local and social to discuss it.
