The matching of career expectation and actual employment is the process that job seekers focus on career selection and achieve their expected job finally.And their career selection which set from their specialty,interest,ability and demand are based on the judgment of their condition and occupational environment.The degree of matching reflects the employment quality of the job seekers.With the change of employment mechanism in China,college students and employers can choose each other freely according to their own intentions and needs,and the employment rate of college students has been greatly improved under the common support of society.However,the problem of college students' employment quality still needs to be solved.The purpose of this paper is to explore the current situation and influencing factors of the matching between college students' career expectations and actual employment,and to analyze the reasons for the deviation of the college students' employment matching.Then I will provide some relevant suggestions and countermeasures for the college students' job hunting,in order to improve the matching degree and the employment quality of the college students.In order to determine the basic framework of the research,the author studied and drawn on the research ideas and methods about the career selection of college students,and then combed and summarized the basic theory of the matching between college students' career expectation and the actual employment.This paper focuses on three issues: the first is to explore the current situation of university career expectations and actual employment matching.The second is to analyze the factors that affect the matching of college students' career expectations and actual employment.The third is to analyze the reasons of the deviation between college students' career expectations and actual employment matching.On the basis of comprehensive study of scholars at home and abroad and interview analysis,the author designed a questionnaire,collecting 652 valid questionnaires through network and field distribution.In this study,22 independent variables are designed in terms of job matching,job location matching and salary matching,and these variables are designed from several aspects of demographic variables,individual characteristics,family status,university status and macro factors,and then the author used SPSS.21 statistical software to carry out a description and regression analysis.The analysis results shows that the salary matching degree ofcollege students is the lowest,college students' personal ability,family social relations and college career guidance have a significant impact on employment matching,and the national employment opportunity assistance has a reverse effect on salary matching.Through above results,this paper analyzes the reasons of the deviation between College Students' career expectations and actual employment matching.Lastly,this paper combines the foreign experience that focus on improving the college students' employment matching degree,putting forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from aspects of university students,universities and governments.
