Graduates employment issue has become the focus of attention of the whole society。The society from all walks is discussing the reason why the university students get insufficient employment。After we have paid attention to a series of external causes, this article attempts to find the reason for insufficient employment from a new angle, namely the angle of intrinsic preparation of the university students when facing with the employment. This article starts from the self-occupation plan theory in the human resources management, bases on the actual situation of employment preparation and employment realization, take four big universities of Chongqing for example, make a synthesis use of research method of literature analysis and questionnaire survey, describe and construct the preparation examination table of university student employment from five dimensions and 30 concrete index such as professional property, self-cognition, professional manner, occupation plan, action for employment and so on.Take the Chongqing four universities nearly thousand students as the object sample, to affects the intrinsic preparation factor investigation which the university student gets employed, carries on the statistical analysis through the SPSS11.5 mathematical statistic software .in the foundation of statistical result, to discover each factor to affects the employment realization of the important degree. then carefully compares each factor ,summarizes the university student to get employed something in common which in the preparation insufficiency .give the advices as treating the study earnestly, ramming specialized foundation, increasing employment initiative, expanding suggestions ,wide employment information acquisition channel and so on.
