With the continuous promotion of new curriculum standards of sports,teaching ideas and new ideas continue to impact on the teaching concept of physical education teachers.Open class is a major way of sports teaching and discussion activities.It plays an irreplaceable role in exploring teaching rules,spreading teaching ideas and improving teachers,professional quality.In this paper,through the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,and other research methods,from the definition of open class and the substantive analysis of the current debate on public class,this paper focuses on the investigation of the present situation of sports open course in Changsha middle school.The results show that most schools in Changsha The purpose of organizing open classes is mainly to exchange teaching and improve teaching quality.Basically,1-2 weeks ahead of schedule,the school will give notice of the activities of public sports activities.The management of public sports courses in many schools in Changsha is not in place.Although there are plans for public class activities,there are no specific requirements for the preparation of public sports courses,and the evaluation scheme for public sports is not written.The school teachers and schools for the evaluation of public sports are mainly teachers and schools.The leaders of the above layer are composed of.1/3 of secondary school PE teachers in Changsha attend public classes mainly because of rigid requirements.Most of the sports teachers have a better understanding of the public class.It is believed that the main purpose of the school organization to carry out the open class is mainly teaching communication.Many middle school physical education teachers think that public class is very helpful for teachers.More than half of the PE teachers think that the ability of the class evaluation staff is strong.In the course of evaluation,the teachers can do a fair and fair examination and evaluation of the instructors.Most of the students in Changsha middle school are willing to cooperate with the sports teachers to have a good public class.Nearly half of the students think that the atmosphere of the open class is very good.Most of the students like the way of sports open class.It is quite different from the former.More than half of the students think that after the open class,more than half of the students are still in the open class.It is very rewarding to think that sports open class has an interest in sports learning and teaching efficiency.The main problems in the management of public sports in Changsha middle school are four problems,such as the unscientific evaluation of the school management,the untrue teaching process of the teachers and the deviation of the students’ Outlook on the students.At the same time,the main factors affecting the management of the public sports in Changsha are the three aspects of organization management,teachers’ cultivation and evaluation system.Through the investigation and Reflection on the present situation of the management of sports open course in Changsha middle school,this paper puts forward the development of teaching and research culture of open class,helping teachers to set up correct ideas,ramming the foundation of teachers’ knowledge ability,strengthening the life of teaching content,strengthening the scientific evaluation of teaching and attaching importance to.the subjectivity of students’ class.Suggestions.In this paper,the study of the present situation of the management of public sports in Changsha middle school can not only promote the efficiency of PE classroom teaching,but also have important theoretical and practical significance to the professional development of physical education teachers. |
