For a long time,our country's education has been emphasizing knowledge and ignoring scientific methods.Students' interest in learning is not well cultivated,and learning enthusiasm can not be effectively stimulated.We should change the way of teaching students' passive access to educational knowledge,and emphasize their motivations from all aspects,so that they can turn from passive learning to active learning.This paper first introduces the background of the current educational reform,and studies the theory of students' learning motivation.Then from the three main aspects that affect the students' learning motivation,the internal drive,the self improvement drive and the subsidiary internal drive are investigated.Through the questionnaire survey on the learning motivation of high school students,the data are analyzed from three aspects: gender,family economy and attribution of success or failure.The analysis shows that boys are more confident and more likely to challenge difficult problems,but girls have stronger self-esteem and are more obedient and can follow teachers' guidance.Students with rich family conditions,their goal is more clear,the family conditions of poor students,instead of the rich students.Students with general family conditions have the strongest motivation to learn.It is generally believed that the most influential factors on learning success or failure are their learning attitude and learning methods.Although teachers' influence is external,it is also important.The paper points out that as teachers want to improve students' learning motivation in high school physics,we first need to improve their personal knowledge and moral accomplishment,learn advanced teaching concepts,and apply modern teaching technology to make physics classes lively and interesting.Secondly,we should build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,attach importance to students' differences,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,build a harmonious competitive environment,and guide students to make positive attributions.Facing the current situation of education,as a frontline teacher for many years,there is a deep sense of weakness.Do not want too much exclamation,only actively face,do a little effort.
