Mathematics is the science of space form and quantitative relationship,or in other words science of " number" and " shape".The thought of combination number and shape of plays an important role in the whole high school mathematics teaching and its application has received much attention,not only for educational value,but also as an important solving tool for senior high school mathematics learning.It can promote students’ mastery of mathematical combination in mathematics learning,deepen their understanding of high school mathematics,train students’ mathematics thinking,and improve their ability to analyze and solve mathematical problems.Furthermore,it is one of the important subjects in senior high school teaching to apply the thought in high school teaching.Based on the theory of combination of numbers and shape,this paper explores the educational value and principles of applying combination of numbers and shape,focusing on how to use mathematical combination to organize teaching materials and improve problem-solving ability.This thesis expects that this elaboration can improve the quality of high school mathematics teaching as well as improve students’ mathematical learning ability.
