Research On The Development Of Talent Cultivation Function Of University

Affected by the concept of utilitarianism and pragmatism,the development of university’s talent cultivation function in our country has deviated,and the phenomenon of “Focusing on scientific research and Neglecting teaching” emerges.This study uses self-organization theory to study the self-organizational conditions of the evolution of university talent cultivation function and to expand power of the evolution.It analyzes the phenomena of organized about the deviation of university talent cultivation function in China and further improves the development of university talent cultivation functions.Studies indicate that the development of the university’s talent cultivation function is a process of autonomy.It is a process of self generation and self repair consciously.At the same time,the development of the talent cultivation function is open.This feature makes it more inclusive,able to incorporate things of diverse nature,enriching the function system of talent cultivation.Under the conditions of autonomy and openness,the self-organizing power of the development of university talent cultivation functions is mainly through the methods of competition and coordination to promote the development of,with the parameter participation of the culture,freedom and spirit,and finally to make it a living and orderly structure.At present,there are deviations in the development of talent training in universities in China,the main reasons are: On the one hand,due to the development of university in China belongs to the later emergence from the outside,self-organizing order parameters is lack during the early development of the university’s talent cultivation function;At the same time,influenced by the concept of utilitarianism,it leading to a self-organizational tendency in the development of the university’s talent cultivation function finally.On the other hand,universities in our country are greatly influenced by politics and culture.More intervention by the external government makes the university lose its autonomy.At the same time,university system generally pursues the reputation of prestigious institutions,making the university organization system converge,and it makes the development of the talent cultivation function ignore its own characteristics and its convergence become apparent.To this end,we must follow the pursuit of value in the development of the university’s talent cultivation function,and give play to the parameters’ synergies,such as the freedom,the spirit,and the culture.Second,we should attach importance to the self-growth of the development of university personnel training functions and maintain the openness of the system.Third,we need to integrate organized nature of the talent development function,so that self-organization and organized can be appropriate integration and complement with each other,to promote sustainable health development of the personnel training system.
