The reform and opening up has been in full swing for more than 30 years,and all aspects of society have changed dramatically,including education.Since2012,the state has invested no less than 4 per cent of its revenues per year in the business of education,or education's spring.The school's hardware and software facilities have been greatly improved,and the compulsory education stage has been exempted from tuition and fees.However,the problem of left-behind children caused by a large number of migrant workers in rural areas;The rural withdrawal point increases the safety and economic cost of students' schooling;Lack of qualified teachers,young teachers "don't go,can't keep" problems;The problem of large number of students in rural schools and so on are the "mountains" in front of education in the countryside,which hinders the improvement of students' learning motivation in rural areas.Therefore,this research in the real social background,the education management theory as the instruction,supplemented by scientific statistical methods,how to improve the quality of rural compulsory education,improve the students' well-being and learning motivation has made the preliminary discussion.This study M county rural primary and middle school students learning motivation as the research object,in theory,make up the lack of rural primary and middle school students learning motivation research in China,further enrich the basic theory of learning motivation research,in order to improve the rural education of primary and secondary schools the status quo,to promote education fair provide reference theory.In practice,it provides parents and schools with a method to improve students' learning motivation,and provides theoretical support for the country to formulate the education policy.This study on the comprehensive research on primary and middle school studentslearning motivation at home and abroad,on the basis of literature analysis and questionnaire method to investigate the M county rural primary and middle school students learning motivation research.This study is divided into two parts: first,through the retrieval and reading of relevant literatures at home and abroad,collating the current situation related to this research,and putting forward the framework of this research on this basis.Secondly,on the basis of questionnaire and interview,collate analysis,draw conclusions and make Suggestions.The specific conclusions are as follows:1.The learning motivation of rural primary and middle school students in M county is at a moderate level.Among them,students' learning interest and learning responsibility are the strongest,followed by perseverance,learning self-confidence and learning to be competitive,reaching the average level.The least abundant is the study enthusiasm,belongs to the moderate level.2.In terms of individual factors,students' learning motivation is influenced by their grades and gender.Performance is the girl's learning responsibility,enthusiasm is significantly higher than the male.The interest,persistence,and confidence of the junior students were significantly higher than those of the eighth or eighth graders.3.In terms of family factors,students' learning motivation by parents' occupations,the culture,family atmosphere,family learning environment,the parents attitude toward learning,parents go out to work situation and the influence of time with their parents.It shows that parents are white-collar workers or students with a higher education level are interested and responsibleMore than any other student.At the same time,parents value,family atmosphere is good,or family learning environment is quiet and accompanied by parents for a long time in the side of the students' interest in learning,the sense of responsibility is significantly higher than other types of students.4.In terms of school factors,students' learning motivation is affected by learning burden,class discipline,class competition atmosphere,relationship with teachers and relationship with classmates.The performance is strict class discipline,the relatively fierce class competition atmosphere can significantly improve students' learninginterest,learning perseverance and self-confidence.Secondly,a good relationship between teachers and students can also improve students' learning motivation significantly.Based on this,this study puts forward feasible Suggestions from national,government and education administrative departments,schools and families.
