Research On The Fujian's Competitiveness Of Overseas Talents

In the process of modernization in our country,overseas talents have made an important contribution in technological innovation and management improvement.With the development of globalization,human resources become valuable and scarce.The major countries in the world keep attracting talents,the contest is becoming increasingly acute.Chinese economy is undergoing transformation,the talents introduction,especially the high-level talents introduction is very important for industrial restructuring and innovation.But compared with the developed areas,our country are less attractive.We need to pay more for talents introduction,and we still have many problems,for example,we need high-level talents more than we have,or what we introduce can not fit what we need.Fujian province plays an important role in the ancient maritime silk road,and it is also one of provinces who are approved to establish free trade zone.According to literature review,there is little literature to make a systematic study or measure in overseas talents,and the same with overseas talents of Fujian province.This article analyzes current situation of overseas talents of Fujian province,draws lessons from the competitiveness evaluation index system of domestic talents which has matured,and uses the factor analysis method to establish regional competitiveness evaluation index system of overseas talents.By the assessment results,we can find out the real competitiveness of overseas talents in Fujian province and it's position in the whole country.Then we will make an analysis on the influencing factors of Fujian's competitiveness of overseas talents,and put forward policy suggestions.
