Teaching evaluation is an important part of current basic education school classroom teaching,which is conducive to promoting teachers’ professional development and ensuring the smooth realization of education target.Basic education classroom teaching evaluation not only provides a basis for classroom teaching evaluation,monitoring,correction and control,but also has the function of diagnosis,standardization,motivation and guidance of classroom teaching.Innovation orientation is the fundamental way to meet the needs of The Times,respond to the call of class revolution and echo the deepening of education.This article consists of five parts.Part I,introduction.This paper briefly introduces the origin of the research,the theoretical and practical significance of the research,the related research reviews at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods.On the basis of reviewing and sorting the relevant research literature at home and abroad,the teaching evaluation direction,research ideas and research methods are clarified.The second part is the connotation,theoretical basis and value orientation of education school teaching evaluation.By defining the concept of innovation,guidance and teaching evaluation,combined with its illustrated on the basis of the theoretical basis of innovation oriented teaching objective evaluation,process evaluation,evaluation of the value orientation of the teaching body.The third part,the main achievements and the main problems in classroom teaching evaluation.In empirical research,on the basis of summarizing the current basic education school in the classroom teaching evaluation has been the main achievements and the evaluation purpose,standard,content,subject,method and function are the main problems existing in such aspects.Part four: implementation of teaching evaluation of education school based on innovation orientation.Teaching evaluation is the activity of a complex system,comply with the time development,curriculum revolution,quality education requirement for innovation and diversified education idea,from the Angle of innovation of teaching evaluation principles,contents,ways to interpret the implementation of the teaching evaluation,etc.In the fifth part,some thoughts on innovation oriented teaching evaluation are given.Due to the immature teaching evaluation of education school based on innovation orientation at present,there are some hidden worries such as the validity and breadth of evaluation.Innovation oriented teaching evaluation in the operation,such as society,school,the policy is facing some new tests,but the innovation of teaching evaluation can give us some new enlightenment and thinking.Although this study has shortcomings,but the foundation of innovation oriented education teaching evaluation for classroom teaching evaluation research provides a new Angle of view,also provides a new train of thought for classroom teaching evaluation practice.
