21st century , Chinese education reform is just unfolding, innovation of it is even the central subject of Chinese educational worker. They stated many original views from different angles. The benevolent see benevolence and wise see widom. This arbitral tries approaching necessity, characters and mistaken area defence of invovation. From development of history. Then draw the conclusion: innovation of Chinese education is soul of Chinese quality education. And necessary way to Chinese education reform.There is a preface and three parts in the whole article.Preface mainly sums up lessons and experience of Chinese education for hundreds of years. Mention that innovation is the aim of Chinese education. And the soul of quality education.I . From combination of reality and theory, expounds the necessity of innovation of Chinese education. Firstly, review Chinese education of different times since the mid-1800s. We can conclude it developed in reform. Then, analyse three mistaken areas of traditional Chinese education and blindness appeared in modern Chinese quality education. Try proving through two opposite aspects: innovation is the soul of it, the necessary way of its reform.II. At first, rule the intension and nucleus of innovation. Then summarize its characters: open nature of educational concept, whole nature of curriculum concept, democracy of teaching concept, continuity of evaluation concept. Also mention that innovation is described by innovative spirit and innovative ability.HI. Defence for mistaken area of innovation of Chinese education. Through thinking about the mistaken area of modern Chinese education, we should deal well with three relations as the following to make sure of smooth development of innovation.
