Research purposes: To investigate the phenomenon of daily physical activity and energy consumption of Full-time postgraduates,and to identify the behavioral factors leading to different BMI grades by analyzing the characteristics of exercise habits and energy metabolism.Provide research foundation for national fitness research.Research Methods: This study uses experimental methods.We have selected the 46 male of Non PE-Major full-time master students from the Liaoning Normal University to perform a period of energy consumption of at least 8 hours a week,seven days a week.The Actigraph GT3 X triaxial accelerometer was used to record the different physical activity level and energy consumption of different students.And the independent sample t-test was used to compare the differences BMI of student in difference of physical activity levels and energy expenditures.The paired sample t-test compares the difference in physical activity levels and energy expenditure between the school day and the weekend.Research result:The research result of MPA,VPA,PAEE,LPA and VPA of full-time postgraduate students were significantly higher than the weekend days.The MVPA results of physical activity on the school and weekend days in the BMI different groups all showed:BMI(normal group)> BMI(lean group)> BMI(overweight group);the energy consumption MVPA results for the school day and weekend days were: BMI(overweight group)<BMI(lean group)< BMI(normal group),the differences were significant,P <0.05.Analysis conclusion:1.Full-time postgraduates spend 74.38±21.69 min/day in daily high-intensity physical activity,which is the recommended amount of physical activity for adults in the IOM(more than 60 minutes daily physical activity).2.The level of physical activity and energy consumption of full-time postgraduates on the school day are significantly higher than those on weekends.3.The full-time postgraduate student's school day has a shorter sit-in time than weekend days,long-term high-intensity physical activity,and high energy expenditure.4.The physical activity and energy expenditure of full-time postgraduates with different BMI grades on the school day and weekend were presented: BMI normal group> BMI lean group> BMI overweight.
