As a teacher,the teachers' love for young children and their love for the young teaching profession practice the responsibility and obligation of education as a teacher,whose words and behaviors are increasingly concerned by the society.In the regulations,kindergarten teachers are required to establish the necessary and reasonable routine to cultivate the good habits of the children and the initial self-care ability.The outline also calls for the establishment of relevant conventions in five areas.Social media is concerned about teachers' misconduct,and the "child abuse" incidents frequently appear on the screen.Scholars pay attention to the professional quality and professional development of preschool teachers.On the one hand,the state requires a routine.On the other hand,the media expose the misconduct of preschool teachers.To analyze the reasons behind the teacher's behavior,it is necessary to carry out the actual situation of the actual teaching situation of preschool teachers.This study took a rural kindergarten as an example,with a total of 9 classes,18 kindergarten teachers and 352 infants.A one-week observation and record of nine classes was conducted for each of the nine classes,with a total of 1,351 teachers dealing with children in violation of classroom routine.Through coding analysis of these events,it is found that:First of all,to the body of the shift.Embodies in the following three aspects: 1,to deal with children's violation of regular classroom behavior of the individual is given priority to with order theme(73%),is given priority to with hybrid approach(80%),"on the child's individual response to give priority to in order to fully comply with(90%),the nature of the teachers' behaviors in response to give priority to with mild degree(91%).2,deal with violation of regular classroom behavior of the preschool group is given priority to with order(90%),mainly hybrid approach(85.1%),children's response to give priority to in order to comply with(93%),the nature of the teachers' behaviors in response to give priority to with moderate(89%).3,teacher to teacher young interaction in the process of children's violation of classroom routine behavior mainly order theme(78%),mainly hybrid approach(87%),children's response to give priority to in order to comply with(100%),the nature of the teachers' behaviors in response to give priority to with moderate(87%).4.In the interaction between the individual,the group and the teacher,the nature of the response behaviors taken by teachers is 9.6%,10% and 13% respectively.On the basis of quantitative analysis,through the qualitative analysis of teachers' coping styles,there are two main directions: first,the wisdom of the teachers' responses analysis,show the impromptu condemning irrational ways including language,language abuse,irony,the irrational behavior and coping styles of physical contact,tools and isolation,teachers irrational approach mainly caused the lack of teachers' professional quality,teachers in the curriculum,the lack of support and related training,external supervision and weak.Based on the qualitative analysis of teachers' coping styles,we believe that the early childhood teachers of young children violations approach mainly reflects the following two aspects of education culture concept: first,the high authority of classroom teaching culture,characterized by emphasis on young children's compliance,emphasize on young children's body control,behavior does not conform to the requirements of retribution.Second,the structure of the content organization is highly structured,and the organization of the content is the lack of generative nature in the process of teacher's decision and curriculum implementation.This paper puts forward Suggestions on the improvement of rural preschool teachers' ideas from three aspects: first,it follows the characteristics of children's physical and mental development,and goes to the road of wisdom.Second,strict teacher entrance examination,strengthen teacher post quality improvement.Third,keep the kindergarten education ecological balance and improve the supervision system.
