| STEM is integration of science,technology,engineering and mathematics education mode,the STEM ability is a kind of ability that the students under the background of informatization,high-tech society must develop,STEM education is not a simple linear superposition of four subjects,to cultivate the student’s ability of STEM based on solving practical problems,and its combination with project learning is a kind of basic orientation of interdisciplinary integration.Although the theory and practice research of project learning in China already had preliminary results,but because the introduction of STEM to our country is late,so far,the number of STEM case development and practice research is limited.Through the study of STEM project learning theory,this paper tries to develop the case of STEM project learning and practice it to explore its practical effect.In terms of theory,through sorting the literature of STEM project learning,this article respectively summarize the research status of project learning and STEM project leaning.on the basis of predecessors’ research,defining the meaning of project learning and STEM project learning,summing up the components of STEM literacy,the STEM elements and characteristics of project learning,and lists the STEM project learning process,from the two aspects of evaluation method and evaluation index stating the STEM project learning evaluation theory.According to the theory,based on the chemistry knowledge as the major carrier,the paper built the teaching process of STEM project learning,developed a "how to prevent decorate indoor chemical gas pollution brought by the decorating material" STEM project case,and specifically introduce it from the target,the design train of thought,specific content and the implementation plan,evaluation plan and specific tools several aspects.Then,take the students of a high school in Hui county,grade 2(3)as research objects to conduct the practice research.The practical results indicate that the STEM project learning process constructed in this paper can develop smoothly and improve the enthusiasm of the students,through the STEM project learning,the students enrich and develop the scientific knowledge and the ability ofmany aspects,preliminary trained STEM literacy of students,enhance the long-term participatory learning of the underachiever.But at the same time,it is necessary to face up to the long time and difficulty in learning the STEM project. |
