China's economic development has entered a new normal.The implementation of supply side structure reform and "Made in China 2025" have taken shape.Emerging industries,new formats of business and new business models are emerging constantly.At the same time,the development of vocational education has entered a new historical period.Under this background,the path of innovative development of vocational education is broader and clearer.Facing the challenge of new environment,the quality view of higher vocational education based on comprehensive reform,local practice and self-renewal is gradually taking shape.In order to better explore and study this kind of professional academy gradually recognized and accepted by society in the new era background,Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study in-depth the vocational colleges and to study the practical training course and teaching.As a result,this study selected X Vocational And Technical College as a sample university,and designed a research tool by itself.The teaching process of “ Detection Technology and Equipment of the Car ”,which is set up by the Department of Automotive Architecture Engineering in this university,is observed on the spot for 9weeks.Through the observation,interview and investigation of the teaching process in which the teachers and students are the core of the teaching behavior of the two practical training courses,and combined with the students' questionnaire about the“practical training course teaching investigation in higher vocational colleges”,This paper synthesizes the interview results of both teachers and students about the teaching of practical training course,analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors in the teaching of practical training course in higher vocational colleges,and on the basis of synthesizing the research results,This paper discusses the countermeasures to improve the teaching quality of practical training course in higher vocational colleges,and then concludes the whole research.Through the observation,the author finds that the teaching of practical trainingcourse requires higher teaching equipment,the teacher dominates in the course of classroom teaching,and the students' initiative is weak.The solidified teaching mode of practical training course is not conducive to the core competence of students in the forming process of their professional ability.Through the students' formulation of teaching objectives,the presentation of teaching contents,the selection of teaching organization and methods,The implementation of the teaching evaluation and the investigation of related feelings and suggestions,the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,the collation of the results of the interviews between teachers and students,the problems found in the observation were confirmed and amplified,and the old teaching concepts of the practical training courses were exposed.The causes of the existing problems in practical training course teaching are mainly focused on the improvement of teaching material conditions in vocational colleges and universities,which lags behind the development of the industry.The new trade rules and the development trend of related industries have not penetrated into the education and teaching work of practical training courses.On the premise of reviewing the whole research process,this study tries to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the related problems,through literature review,material accumulation,early investigation and formal entry into the research site for observation and investigation.To improve the "treatment" of higher vocational colleges,to improve the teaching conditions of practical training courses in higher vocational colleges,to build a team of teachers with sustainable development,to establish a teacher development center,to raise the awareness of quality,and to innovate the mode of practical training courses,etc.In order to improve the quality of practical training courses in higher vocational colleges.
