Identity Selection Under Different Scenarios

Identity is an external sign,and identity is an internal decision.The choice of identity in the context of difference is not only the explicitness of inner recognition,but also the adaptation strategy of situation differences.This study used the Xiluhe Korean nationality of Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County of Liaoning Province as a field investigation point,historical clues and realistic contexts from historical text writing,multi-cultural complex multicultural situations,and hometown tourism cultural displays,etc.,in different situations for Korean compatriots.The following differences in identity are described,comparative analysis of the identity transformation in the context of texts,identity adaptation in multicultural complex cultural contexts,and the highlighting of identity in the hometown tourism culture display,and the issue of identity selection in the context of differences.The Kuandian region in history belongs to the Manchu native place.Since the 16 th century,the Koreans began to engage in production and living activities along the Yalu River.As an affiliate of the empire,the sporadic activities of the Koreans did not enter the history of the empire,and they were only exposed in the history of Kuandian county.At the end of the Qing dynasty,as the Koreans began to enter the northeast region of China in large numbers to engage in agricultural production activities,the group's production,life,and influence increased.The Koreans also gradually integrated into the Chinese nation's family and began to enter the writing of local documents.The heroic deeds in the War of Resistance Against Japan were even more It is an important historical memory of Kuandian.After ethnic identification in the 1950 s,Koreans were recognized by the law as a member of the Chinese nation.As the main Korean ethnic group,their identity,history,and culture have been integrated into the Chinese nation's family and the Korean people exposed the river.In the past,the identity of the Korean people who had “hidden” in the past has gradually “emerged” and the writing of texts around the Koreans of the Kuandian is growing prosperous.In the modern era of reform,opening up,and economic development,the Korean people of the lower rivers are gradually being drawn into globalization.They bid farewell to their hometowns in the way of exporting labor to foreign lands and even to other countries.The life far from homeland presents the collision and integration of complex multiculturalism.As an adaptation strategy and communicative tool,the Korean people of the Yalu River show different and diverse identity choices in cultural interaction.In South Korea,the convenience of the same-language synagogue can effectively help the people to obtain jobs,but the differences in their growth experiences can hardly dispel their barriers to integration in local societies.In China,hometowns and specific cultural conventions make it possible for the Koreans who live in a foreign land to show a geographical scope for their identity,while those in their hometown are not interested in showing their identity.The members of local society appear in life.Tourism development has changed the daily life of the Korean people of Louhe River.The unique cultural customs and ethnic customs have become the main appeals of cultural differences.In order to create a “different” display platform,Xialouhe Folk Village will display traditional costumes,production activities,and traditional utensils in newly established folk villages.The museum-style concentration has gradually removed the cultural features of everyday life.It has become a symbol of modernity that retells the lives of Koreans.At the same time,between the inside and outside of the folk village,as between the front and the backstage of the stage,the Korean people under the Yalu River displayed the national identity on the one hand at the front desk.On the one hand,they reverted to local general residents when they left the folk village.This chapter aims to analyze the multi-processes of Korean ethnic identity in folk villages,and explore the flow and transformation of the status of Korean people in Xialouhe River in the interaction between their hometown and tourists.The Koreans in the area of Louhe River experienced a process of transition from the foreign Gentile to the members of the Chinese nation,thus holding a dual identity,namely national identity and cultural identity.The special nature of dual identity encourages them to make strategic choices based on the specificity of their own identity in different social contexts.The choice of Korean membership depends on the identity of the other in different situations and the difference between the self and the other.In addition,in the construction of cultural tourism,the process of performing the national culture is actually the process of manufacturing Korean cultural symbols by creating and manufacturing the symbolic symbols of the national culture.
