At the turn of the century,with the development of positive psychology movement,the individual's positive psychological quality was put on the agenda by the researchers.The work input immediately entered the eye of the researcher.Early childhood teachers,as front-line workers for preschool education,have a crucial role in the development of young children and preschool education.The positive psychological qualities of preschool teachers are even more precious.This study investigated the status quo of Lanzhou City preschool teachers' work commitment through surveys and interviews with preschool teachers in Lanzhou.In this study,a qualitative and quantitative research method was used.A sample of 260 kindergarten teachers was sampled in Lanzhou,and a questionnaire on Early Childhood Teacher Work Input was used to investigate the four dimensions of preschool teachers' job satisfaction,work value,work responsibilities,and work focus.Investment status.At the same time,2 public garden teachers and 4 private kindergarten teachers were selected as in-depth interviewees.In order to make up for the information that was not collected by the questionnaire,a more complete understanding of the actual situation of the work of the kindergarten teachers.Through studies on the work commitment of kindergarten teachers in Lanzhou City,it has been found that teachers' marriage,age,seniority,income,job title,preparation,kindergarten level,and type of kindergarten have a significant impact on the work load of preschool teachers.Academic qualifications,classes attended,and classes learned There is no significant impact of professionalism on the work of preschool teachers.At the same time,there are also the following problems: the overall level of preschool teachers' work input is not ideal,the preschool teachers' perception of work pleasure is biased,some preschool teachers have errors in the understanding of the work value,and some preschool teachers have a low sense of actual work responsibility.Poor work focus.The author believes that the age structure of the kindergarten teaching staff is irrational,the salary does not meet the basic living expenses,the resources for preschool education are not evenly distributed,safety management is not in place,and leadership style and management style are the most important influencing factors.In response to the existing problems and influencing factors,the author proposes the following five points to improve the level of investment for early childhood teachers in Lanzhou: reduce teachers' turnover rate to gradually equalize the age structure of the teaching staff;continue to increase the salary of preschool teachers;the relevant departments allocate a balanced preschool education quality Resources;Strictly grasping kindergarten safety work;Improving the leader's leadership quality and management ability.
