With the development of the times and the improvement of the level of information,people's cognitive ability to the new things is also being strengthened.Different from the traditional teaching concept,it can not only effectively improve the learning efficiency,but also give full play to the students' autonomous learning ability.In recent years,The teaching mode of "flip class","admiration class" and "micro class" has gradually become the research hotspot.If we can apply this new teaching mode to physical education classroom teaching It plays a great role in promotring the future development of physical education classroom in colleges and Universities.First of all,through the reference of literature,this paper expatiates on the research status,microvideo,hicro-lesson,micro-curriculum and other related concepts,and summarizes the characteristics of micro-lesson and the theory followed in the design and manufacture of micro-lesson.Secondly,according to the theoretical principles of microcourse design and production,the course is made and uploaded to the network platform after the completion of the production.Finally,the students of Grade 17 training are randomly selected for application research;through the students' questionnaire survey and teachers'interviews.Understand and analyze the teachers' and students' views on the application of micro-lessons in teaching,then sort out and analyze the results of the investigation,and explore the role of micro-lessons in our teaching.The feasible way to facilitate universality in the physical education theory classroom.The following conclusions are drawn through the research:1.With the development of information technology and the popularization of mobile terminal application,micro-lesson with micro-video as the main carrier gradually enters people's vision,and gets more and more attention.2.because sports competition organization contains many sports events,and the school has less class time on this course,students can only master the knowledge of competition organization and management at the beginning.If they want to have a deeper understanding,they must resort to other auxiliary learning resources.The emergence of micro-class can provide students with a good opportunity of autonomous learning,and can also provide teachers with classroom teaching assistance resources.3.Before making micro-lessons,we should make a general understanding of the current situation of micro-lesson research at home and abroad,and then find out the basic theories and principles of micro-lesson creation before designing and making micro-lessons.In order to facilitate students to learn can upload the micro-class resources to the network platform.4.Through the teaching experiment research,it is found that most of the students in the experimental class are very interested in the micro-lesson teaching and are willing to accept the micro-lesson teaching as a novel learning method.Through this teaching test,it is found that the students in the experimental class master the knowledge level of this course higher than the control class,which shows that the application of the micro-course teaching has a great improvement on the learning efficiency;Teaching teacher's viewpoint:the application of micro-class can help teachers save time to explain the same knowledge repeatedly,and in the process of making micro-lesson,improve teachers,information-based teaching ability and technical level,but micro-lesson teaching is not suitable for every class.It should be combined with the traditional classroom teaching method Come on.5.In this study,due to my lack of experience in microcourse design and production,there may be some deficiencies in the design and manufacture of microcourses.The quality of microcourse making in this study needs to be further strengthened.If the school has an excellent teaching team,It is suggested to make full use of the strength of teachers and students to create an excellent microcourse production team to continuously improve the quality of microcourse making.
