On The Development Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Rural Vocational Schools

Rural vocational school is the important carrier of rural vocational education,which plays an important role in realizing the agricultural industrialization,modernization and urbanization the countryside.Solving the problem of rural vocational school education and promoting the continuous development of rural vocational schools is a current problem of rural vocational schools,and an important task need to assume.But many current rural vocational school education goal is not to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",to service for the development of rural economy,but done in a disguised form of ordinary high school,in terms of enrollment limit for junior high school graduates,focusing on basic cultural knowledge learning,and even the students attend the university entrance exam as the educational purpose,aims to provide students to institutions of higher learning,it has changed the nature of the rural vocational education,led to the frequent problems of the development of rural vocational schools.This study based on the rural vocational education reality,takes D County's Industrial Trade Secondary Specialized Schools as the research object,this paper discusses emphatically the difficulties facing in the development of rural vocational schools,mainly lies in the admissions competition pressure,school resources,employment difficulty,school-running characteristics can't be displayed.The reasons for the dilemma include both internal and external factors,such as policy coverage,and the reasons for the scale and quality of education.Therefore,the rural vocational schools must strengthen policy guidance from the government Angle,at the same time to strengthen education,enhance the level of running school and make rural vocational schools to restore the nature of vocational education,thus to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and out of the dilemma,to serve the rural economic development.
