This paper mainly uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,analyzes the similarities and differences between student teachers and in-service teachers teaching attention,the common analysis,caused by different causes,and on this basis,from the angles of teachers,schools,social recommendations put forward countermeasures to improve their teaching ability related to the promotion of teaching level and teachers' attention,to change the status of seek for better development.First,through the questionnaire survey questionnaire for statistical conclusions of the two main analysis,briefly introduces the investigation of natural population composition,and classroom teaching as the basis of dividing the time axis,the study was divided into the pre class preparation stage,in the course of teaching and reflection after class stage three stages,in each stage in the refinement,each divided into three small dimensions,from three stages,nine small dimensions analysis of teachers and in-service teachers in each stage of teaching practice on the similarities and differences.Then in view of the similarities and differences of these shows,the first analysis of a brief introduction of the dimension of the convergence;secondly to analyze objectively the causes of these phenomena,no significant difference between the practice teachers teachers,dimensions and homework in the use of resources,and teachers and between teachers and students,teachers' skills it shows different.Through these differences,we analyze the reasons for each of the three aspects of the teachers themselves,the school and the society.Finally,according to these different causes,from the objective and subjective two aspects to provide some suggestions to solve the existing problems.First,the objective aspect,the universities,primary and secondary schools and the education administrative departments to provide support,and then subjective aspects,first,the internship teachers should focus on the role of their own interns to teachers' role orientation change,we should pay attention to the cooperative teaching mode between teachers.At the same time,we should pay attention to the teaching reflection and communication between teachers and students after class.Second,the teachers should pay attention to the guiding teaching between themselves and the practice teachers,and pay attention to the cooperative teaching between themselves and the in-service teachers.At the same time,the in-service teachers should pay attention to their self promotion.
