In recent years,micro-course has been applied to teaching with its characteristics such as "short" and "contextualized",and high-quality micro-course resources are its biggest guarantee.But since today due to the quality of the micro class resources is uneven,also hindered their own professional development for teachers,so if you want to thoroughly improve the quality of the class,then a feasible evaluation system is essential.Therefore,this paper is mainly to create a set of micro-course evaluation system for teachers’ professional development.The first chapter mainly introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis.The second chapter mainly by several national micro class contest evaluation standard and the content of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis to the national contest of the micro classes experts online evaluation text content analysis,provides the practical basis for the writing for the rest of the article;The third chapter is the main part of the article,mainly micro class evaluation system construction,based on the theoretical basis,the system is mainly composed of three parts: for expert evaluation index,the students’ evaluation index and the teachers’ self-evaluation table.In this way can make the evaluation system of micro class is rich,in the self-evaluation of teachers can also referring to the evaluation opinions of experts and students,promote the professional development of teachers;The fourth chapter is the application link,which is the application of the above system.The last chapter is the conclusion part,which mainly explains the research achievements and the deficiency of the research.This article put forward to promote the purpose of teacher professional development of class evaluation system,hope that can enrich the class evaluation standard,can also on course resources construction specification can be used for reference and optimization,and also can better promote the professional development of teachers.
