Chinese language is currently the most popular foreign language in Madagascar,more and more people pay attention to Chinese vocabulary,because it is numerous,and difficult.Most of the teachers just have a single vocabulary teaching method,which is often repeated mechanically and this kind of method is inappropriate for young children.Through some surveys on Chinese vocabulary teaching to the Malagasy and Chinese children,we discovered the real problems existing in teaching methods to the Malagasy kids,and so we put forward some suggestions to improve the teacher`s teaching methods and the teaching materials,in order to help Malagasy children to learn well all Chinese vocabularies,as the goal is to be able to speak and master vocabulary like Chinese native speakers do.Four famous kindergartens was investigated about Chinese vocabulary teaching(two kindergartens in Madagascar and two in China)and we found in Madagascar that their Chinese lesson time are not enough,consequently it involved a monotonous and boring vocabulary teaching.In order to improve Malagasy children`s vocabulary `s ability,Chinese teachers first need to master all vocabularies and apply an effective method to the learners.The main content of this paper is summarized as follows: Chapter One is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance,content,object and method of this paper.Chapter Two is about Malagasy kindergarten`s Chinese vocabulary teaching research,by investigating and comparing analysis between Malagasy with Chinese Kindergarten's vocabulary teaching methods,in particular,the experimental results of reading ability trough image.Chapter Three analyzes two typical cases of Chinese vocabulary teaching method comparison experiment.Chapter four analyzes the investigation's result and typical case analysis of the comparative study on Chinese language vocabulary teaching in Malagasy and Chinese kindergartens,teaching suggestions are put forward;and the last chapter is conclusion,which summarizes the research made in this paper,and brings up the innovation points and insufficient support in this paper.
