Research On The Reaction Of Superstructure To The Development Of Productivity

Since China entered the 21 st century,its development has been very rapid.With the increasing public demand for public utilities,our government has placed public needs in an important position in development and gradually strengthened the infrastructure construction.It also provided a stable investment environment for the market.Raising the level of public service is a new goal and a new journey for China to enter the 21 st century.Therefore,the PPP has become a booster in the development of the public sector.PPP means "government and social capital cooperation." An important function of the PPP is to attract some idle social capital stocks in the society to the investment and construction of public goods and public services.The government departments and social capital establish a government-enterprise cooperation relationship,perform their duties,avoid weaknesses,and optimize market resources.The configuration promotes balanced development in all areas of society.As the core of the superstructure,the government has the obligation and responsibility to promote social progress and development,so as to establish a good economic environment,a beautiful living environment,and a stable social order for the public.Social productivity is the fundamental driving force for social development and progress.Raising and developing productivity is also the government's top priority.Raising the level of productivity cannot ignore the basic laws of the contradictory movement between productive forces and production relations and the social development of the contradiction movement between the economic base and the superstructure.The former also determines and influences the development of the latter.Therefore,after analyzing the social environment and current situation,this paper divides the main logic structure into four parts.First,the Marxist social basic contradiction theory was elaborated,and the dialectical movement process of the two contradictions between productivity and production relations,economic foundation and superstructure was re-sorted.From the point of view of the counteraction of the superstructure,the role of the superstructure on the production relationship is explained,which in turn affects the process of the development of the productive forces.It also emphasizes that the government,as the executor of the government,should play a corresponding role in promoting productivity.Secondly,according to the law of basic social contradiction movement,the concept of China's PPP was elaborated.Combined with the development of China's PPP and its application status,it was discussed that the PPP promoted the change of China's production relations and its role in enhancing the productivity of China.Again,according to the phenomenon and hindrance of the PPP in the process of developing practice,this paper makes a brief analysis on the PPP project of the existing problems,and summarizes five practical problems that should be paid attention to in the use of PPP.Finally,based on these practical issues,combined with our country's national conditions system,we have closely followed the changes in the production relations and the promotion of productivity.Suggestions or countermeasures in order to eventually increase the overall productivity of the society.The first level is the conceptual superstructure and the second is the political superstructure.Compared to the conceptual superstructure,the political superstructure dominates.The superstructure mentioned in this article refers to the political superstructure.In political superstructure,the government implements state power,consolidates class rule,safeguards social stability,and protects people's lives.In the provision of public goods and services,the government will introduce social capital and be able to produce public products with high efficiency,and it is most appropriate to provide public services.In addition to the effective use of idle social capital stocks,another great advantage of the PPP lies in its ability to organically integrate the social development planning functions of the government sector and social capital for the efficient use of resources,innovation,and business management.Expanding investment space for social capital and stimulating market vitality,on the other hand,it also provides public goods and services with better conditions for the general public.Therefore,this paper combines the application of the PPP in China to study the counteractions exerted by the superstructure in social development.The Nineteenth Congress pointed out that we are already on the journey of the new era.President Xi Jinping pointed out that the major contradictions in our society have changed,and the people's needs for a better life occupy the first place in development.The masses of people enjoy the wonderful life.The public infrastructure is indispensable and can bring convenience to the general public and the enjoyment of a beautiful social environment.At the same time,this is also the most powerful testimony to the improvement of our country's economic level and productivity.
