Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Internationalization Of Local Universities’ Education In China

With the continuous development of economic globalization,higher education is paying more and more attention to the trend of internationalization of education,and has accelerated the pace of internationalization of education.Training internationalized talents has become the only way for the development of universities in China.In the process of promoting the internationalization of education,as the most important part of higher education system,the level of internationalization of local higher education will to a large extent relate to the overall development strategy of higher education in China.At the same time,the key for local universities to achieve sustainable development is to find a suitable way for their development,and education internationalization is one of their important development directions.Based on the exploration of international experience in domestic and foreign education theories and practice,the relevant theory of the internationalization of higher education based on the analysis of the development status of the internationalization of education in local colleges and universities of our country,taking J University as an example,from the Sino foreign cooperative education,overseas education,foreign exchanges and visits,personnel the school foreign teacher training system,and the internationalization of education planning systematically,analyzes the development status of the internationalization of higher education,reveals the existence of local higher education internationalization development including J University,the problem,based on the internationalization of local colleges and universities at home and abroad educational practice on the successful experience,combined with my needs the internationalization of the local higher education development and the existing problems in the development,put forward to promote the internationalization of education development in Local Universities The countermeasures.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)compared with other developed countries,the international development of higher education in China started late,and there is a big gap in development.Domestic key universities due to tilt the national and local policies,education internationalization and the rapid pace of development is better,and the internationalization of local colleges and universities development level is still relatively low,largely due to the local colleges and universities have a profound understanding of the importance of education internationalization and urgency in establishing the regional development strategy at the same time,yet a good study to develop adaptive strategies of internationalization of education development in the new era of high level and specific measures,which restricts its development.(2)The current,including J University,most of the internationalization of the local higher education existing in the development of the concept of international education is backward,lack of international students’cognition;the internationalization level of teachers is low,lack of high-quality international talents;measures of internationalization of education is not much,the lagging construction of curriculum internationalization;international exchanges and cooperation is less,the internationalization of education campus culture is not strong;the development of the Confucius Institute of international education overseas,the advantage of not fully played;the internationalization of education funds investment insufficiency,the internationalization of problems such as lack of theoretical research.(3)the base of China’s local universities is very large,which makes the degree of internationalization of higher education largely depend on the level of education internationalization of local universities.Local universities should be the new requirements for the development of higher education conform to the trend of globalization and the new era,combined with the actual development of itself,by updating the education internationalization concept to promote the education for foreign students to study abroad,enhance the ratio,strengthen international exchanges and cooperation,the construction of the internationalization of teachers,optimizing system,cultivating international talents to promote college development,increase funding for Confucius the internationalization of education investment,strengthen the research of theory of internationalization education comprehensively promote local higher education internationalization.
