| The system safeguard of collaboration between university and school to cultivate excellent teacher,which is one of the most important ways for teacher’s education reform,Promoting the professional development of teachers.It is also one of the most important ways to improve teaching quality.The system safeguard-scientific and effective-can not only create the conditions for the collaboration between university and school to cultivate excellent teacher,but also promote the development of teacher’s education.However,due to the lack of a scientific and efficient system,the effect of university-school collaboration training teachers is not that ideal.The collaboration between university and school to cultivate excellent teacher is a extremely systemic project,This paper focuses on the subject survey and problem analysis of the work,in order to improve the system safeguard of collaboration between university and school to cultivate excellent teacher.In this paper,the study is based on such a logic structure: literature analysis first,research design second,field investigation research third,questionnaire fourth,countermeasures fifth.M university and N school,locate southern xinjiang,Their collaboration is a case of the collaboration between university and school.mainly use the method of interview and field visit to analyze the problem in their collaboration,then put forward relevant improvement strategy.Focused on the system guarantees of the cooperation between M university and N high school,we make interviews on the principals and teachers who are responsible for teacher training and their students.Combined with literature analysis,we hope to have have an all-sided and in-depth study.This paper includes four chapters.The foreword begins with the reason of the subject,study significance and relevant study process at home and abroad,and establishes the study,which is the logical starting point.The first chapter filled with the core concept and rationale.It is also the logical fulcrum of the study.The second chapter is based on the analysis of the formulation body and current situation of the system.Based on the analysis of the formulation body,it need to improve the quality of primary and secondary school education and the quality of university students.On the other hand,there exists the need to ensure the cooperation and create a better environment for education.The basic analytical framework of the article is determined in thischapter.Chapter four makes suggestions: establish intern management system of primary and secondary schools,build system of college students admission selection,launch lectures that tell declaring skills and academic norms,carry out teachers exchange system,carry out the guidance of education based on practice action research and teaching communication system,improve primary and secondary school teachers’ performance evaluation system,optimize the university teachers’ evaluation system,perfecting the system of partner selection,strengthen the government management system,establish the G-U-S teacher education alliance. |
