The musical compositions of appreciation in junior middle school involve a variety of genres and styles at all times and in all countries.Choosing different musical compositions broadens the musical horizons of middle school students,cultivates their noble musicianship,enhances aesthetic ability and further to stimulate their initiative and involvement in learning other subjects.It truly implements the basic curriculum philosophy of "taking musical aestheticism as the core and interest as the motivation".Based on the definition of related concepts,from the characteristics of music textbooks in People's Music Publishing House version,this study thoroughly analyzes the compilation features of the music textbook as well as the statistics and characteristics of the musical compositions.In addition,through questionnaire and interviews,it treats the musical compositions as the main research object to investigate,analyze,study and summarize the teaching implementation of the musical compositions.It clearly pointed out that there are some teaching problems in the music lessons of junior high school,such as the low-quality students,less interaction in the class,difficulty in appreciating the music compositions and the unreasonable distribution of teaching time.Finally,with the concern of the author's experience in class,the author has a reflection on the problems above and proposes suggestions to solve them.The suggestions are as follows:(1)appreciate music in multiple ways to improve students' musicianship;(2)carry out comprehensive practical activities to enhance the interaction between teacher and students;(3)select proper music compositions to broaden students' musical horizons;(4)allocate teaching time reasonably to create a highly effective music class.The study aims to provide more effective theoretical and practical guidance for the appreciation of musical composition in high school teaching.
