Study On Impact Infectors Of Entreprenuerial Ability Under Colleage Team Mode

Chinese government has attached great importance to "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation",as one of the China's new engines of growth.Recently,in the 13th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China,innovation and entrepreneurship has been in the core of national development.College students,as builders and main force in the future society,are placed great hopes.In order to upgrade the Educational Concept and accelerate Reformation of Higher Education,to enhance china's colleage students'capacity of independent innovation and entrepreneurship,Ministry of Education implemented the "National Undergraduate Training Programs for Innovation and Entrepreneurship".This paper will survey 30 teams and choose 7 teams for study.The paper will mainly use qualitative approach to find the affecting factors for entrepreneurial ability.There are several major findings from this paper:The diversity of advisory body is closely related with the development of entrepreneurial ability;The emotional intimacy with guidance counselor is closely related with the development of entrepreneurial ability;The asmosphere of freedom and independent is closely related with the development of entrepreneurial ability;Team heterogeneity is closely related with the development of entrepreneurial ability.
