A Study On The Influencing Factors Of College Students’ Integrity

With the development of market economy,the importance of honesty is becoming more and more prominent in the market.College students is full of vitality and creativity,represents the future of the motherland,the hope of national college students’ honesty condition not only said the personal moral quality,is a mirror of the social good faith,quality and development potential for the culture of the Chinese nation has a significant impact.However,due to the influence of the unhealthy social atmosphere,the current situation of college students’ integrity is in doubt,and the frequent occurrence of dishonesty in college students has become an honest crisis.Lack of credibility problem for college students,this article launches the research,by analyzing the factors that affect college students’ honesty,and verified using structural equation model,searching for ways to improve the level of college students’ honesty.First of all,based on the relevant scholars about the study of the theory of the college students’ honesty,in good faith and the concept of college students’ honesty and connotation definition,including related research progress of college students’ honesty and research results.Secondly,this article adopts the method of questionnaire to obtain data,the data reliability and validity test,and carries on the description to the current situation of college students,the empirical part using structural equation model to fitting the data,through continuous debugging and modification,finally got a through inspection of the model.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)College students have the highest frequency of dishonesty in their academic integrity,and the lack of integrity is reflected in plagiarism,cheating in exams,etc.But in the aspect of economic integrity,college students perform well,and almost no dishonesty occurs.(2)The students’ attitude towards academic integrity is not correct,and there is no clear opposition to the ambiguity of the attitude of dishonesty in academic performance.(3)The family environment,school environment,social environment can have a certain influence on college students’ honesty,but there are significant differences influence degree,the social environmental factors influence strongest,family environment factors and second,the school environment factors influence the weakest.(4)The home environment has a significant influence on college students’ own factors,college students’ correct outlook on life,values set is mainly affected by family environment and social environment,but the effect of family environment in the two more.Combining theoretical research and empirical research,to find some variable has a significant influence on college students’ honesty,namely the role directly influence factors of college students’ honesty and provide data support for strengthening the construction of college students’ honesty.Based on the research findings,the author found the foothold of the honesty of college students,and then put forward relevant Suggestions and improvement measures to strengthen the integrity construction of university students in Nanchang.
