With the rapid development of society,people pay more and more attention to education.Compared with urban education,the education in rural areas is facing serious problems such as the aging of teachers,the shortage of teachers,the lack of teachers' knowledge structure and so on.Therefore,the pre service training of general teachers in rural primary schools is imperative.The direction of the new basic education reform is the comprehensive and comprehensive curriculum.Thus,it is clear that our country has long been devoted to improving the comprehensive ability of teachers and consciously training the rural primary school teachers who are competent for many subjects.Improving teachers' comprehensive background knowledge and developing teachers' comprehensive ability has become an inevitable trend.The society needs comprehensive talents,the country needs wide knowledge,wide ability,good comprehensive quality and certain professional quality,so the cultivation of rural primary school general education teachers will be the inevitable choice and must channel for the future education development,and the training of the rural primary school general teachers will be more and more concerned.Through the collection and study of the relevant information about the pre job training of the general education teachers in rural primary schools and the investigation and research of the H universities in Hubei Province,this paper preliminarily discusses the connotation of the general education teachers in rural primary schools,the problems existing in the training of the primary school general teachers in rural primary schools,and the whole rural primary school.The Countermeasures for the pre service training of the teachers.Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems in H colleges and universities,such as lack of awareness of training objectives,unbalance of curriculum structure,unimplemented practice links,and single evaluation mechanism,and some related countermeasures are put forward,such as the clear training goal,the advocacy of the "whole process education and teaching ability cultivation system",and theoptimization of the curriculum,so as to integrate the curriculum.The curriculum is the leading part.It emphasizes the combination of self study and curriculum practice,strengthens the practice link,implements the whole course practice of primary school teachers in practice,content and management,perfected the evaluation mechanism,and introduced a series of relative measures,such as the third party evaluation.Through this research,the author tries to sort out the problems related to the pre service training of the primary school teachers in rural primary schools and put forward a reasonable solution to provide a useful reference for the follow-up study.Combined with relevant field research,the in-depth study of the training of general teachers in rural primary schools has gradually become the focus of education in China.Foreign studies have shown that the developed countries,such as Britain,the United States,France,Japan and Korea,have adopted a mature mode of teaching by general class teachers in the primary school education stage.Therefore,it is speculated that primary school teachers will become the general trend and direction of the training of primary school teachers in the future.The training of primary school teachers in rural primary schools can accelerate the connection between education and international education in China,and further improve the serious problems faced by rural primary education.This is a new attempt and challenge for basic education in China.
