With the current social aging problem is aggravating,a large number of aging population in there is the phenomenon of lower the quality of life after retirement,and the quality of life of a retired teacher,this group has its particularity,their material life,but the spiritual life far cannot meet their needs,there are serious psychological problems.Therefore,this article based on the theory of social work and group work,the method of questionnaire survey was conducted to retired teachers more X community,and the retired teachers and community work personnel conducted interviews,through analysis,found that retired teachers' quality of life of the main problem is mental and psychological problems.The theme,the writer has carried out six times,a group aims to help retired teachers improve their quality of life,a demonstration effect,thus promote the ascension of other quality of life of the elderly in the community,and active aging.In team work,seek for social work method,a retired teacher,promote the quality of life of working mode,put forward the community to strengthen the construction of retired teachers psychological,promote community active aging social support network,build elderly volunteer team such as strategy,jointly promoting the retiree community service development,expect from pay attention to this group,drive the retired old man active aging of the whole society,share in later life.
