With the further improvement of China's economic development level and the quality of the people,the community's attention to children's education is getting higher and higher.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan,the country proposed the concept of “shared development” and encouraged the development of special education,focusing on education development,education fairness,protection of interests,school adaptation,and social integration of special children,specific educational placement of special children,bullying on campus,In other places,such as schooling and setting up special examination rooms,the focus of special children groups has been deepened and refined.The special children in the school age stage are just like the ordinary children.Most of their growing time is spent in the school.Adapting to school life is the first “compulsory course” for each child to enter the campus.In the study of this paper,the author focuses on the adaptation of special children to the school.Based on the professional internship of a social worker in the school,the case is based on adaptation cases of special children's schools completed in the actual work.The human intervention model of work involvement explores the feasibility of school social workers to help special children adapt to school life,the specific intervention process,the effects and deficiencies,and on this basis,further refines and sums up the case work involved in the adaptation of special children in schools.On the effective experience.The first part of this paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the research and the research methods and theories adopted.It combs and analyzes the relevant research on the special field of children's school adaptation at home and abroad,and defines the core concepts.In the second part,based on the author's assessment and research data of five schools in Nanshan District,the author summarizes the current situation,problems and causes of the special children's adaptation to school in regular schools.In the third part,the special children A who met in the investigation were selected as the case service targets and introduced the whole process of carrying out individual case assistance.The fourth part is the summary and reflection of the overall case service.The fifth part put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the microscopic and macro perspectives.The innovation of this article lies in the fact that the social worker understands the owner from the point of view of the case when the case is involved.It does not aim at treatment but aims at growth.Starting from the subjective perspective of the client and focusing on the client,the client focuses on the tendency and motivation of the owner to achieve self-realization,helps the owner to develop internal resources,and recognizes and eliminates the self-concept of the valued condition and the various concepts and feelings resulting from it.The act of harmony allows the owner to gradually accept the true self and become a person who can fully use and utilize his own functions.
