| Since the new round of curriculum reform in 2001,it had been for ten years.Our country has carried out eighth curriculum reforms,and the curriculum reform has undergone qualitative changes and breakthroughs compared with the past.However,there is still a part of sports bound by traditional education thought,still use the old teaching methods and ways of physical education and health curriculum teaching,to a certain extent,not only enable students to master the necessary skills of sports,but also seriously affect the students participate in sports learning enthusiasm,seriously affected the students’ physique to improve the level of health.The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility of the "sports education model" in the middle school basketball elective course in China,and to provide as much reference and reference for the future sports curriculum reform.The research on sports physical health monitoring achievement,learning interest and academic level of pre-test,sports participation has no obvious difference principle,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method and other research methods,the 4 classes of senior grade one in Henan Province,Changsha Mingde middle school were randomly selected for boys as the experiment object.57 boys in twoclasses were used as the experimental group,and 53 boys in the other two classes were used as the control group,among which two classes of the same grade served as the experimental group and the control group.The teaching practice of basketball course was carried out for 1 year.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:1.After using the education curriculum model in high school basketball teaching,the level of lung capacity of the experimental class was significantly improved compared with the control class.The height of the experimental class was improved compared with that before the experiment.Therefore,the exercise education curriculum model plays an obvious role in improving the physiological function of students.2.After using the sports education mode in high school basketball teaching,the speed quality,sensitive quality and endurance quality of the experimental class students increased significantly compared with the control class,and the flexibility quality decreased significantly compared with the control class.The strength quality and of the experimental class have been improved compared with the pre-experiment.The flexibility qualities have been improved.In general,the level of the comprehensive sports quality of the students in the experimental class has been significantly improved.3.After using the education curriculum model in high school basketball teaching,the level of participation level,positive interest leveland independent learning level of the experimental class were significantly improved compared with the control class.The level of negative interest decreased compared with the control class.In general,the interest level of students in the experimental class was significantly improved.Therefore,it is concluded that the education curriculum model significantly improves the interest level of students in the experimental class.4.After the application of sports education curriculum mode in Basketball Teaching in high school,the three steps lay-up,fixed-point shooting and half court comprehensive skills of the experimental class increased significantly compared with the control class.It shows that the application of sports education model has an obvious promoting effect on the level of students’ basketball skills. |
