At present,the enterprise social work in our country is still in its infancy and exploration stage,and in the public transport system to carry out social work service is the first case?In December 2014,Guangzhou began to implement the bus system social work pilot project,and select the part of the Guangzhou G bus company as a pilot line?The operation of the project is in charge of Guangzhou Tongxin Socilwork Service Center,and the goal is to explore the social work service mode for public transportation system.After two years of practice,the project has experienced a process from scratch.In the service process,the project team combined with the characteristics of the bus system,put forward the "employee happiness project(EHP)" service model.To design and develop services from three levels of Personal happiness,Happy workplace Happy family,and to promote the realization of the goal of happiness of the enterprise and the staff.This article through to the EHP service mode of social work intervention in public transportation enterprise social work service content,pattern and effect is discussed and analysis,through the literature collection,in-depth interviews and data analysis methods,such as bus drivers at this stage in understanding the service supply conditions under the premise of analyzing the meaning of enterprise social work intervention bus driver service,and reflect on the project of EHP service mode how to respond the needs of the bus driver.Through two cases selected "happy family" in helping poor workers and summer camp activities,detailed process of social work intervention transit services of employees,and through the satisfaction survey,the staff thought to social work in their lives and work to improve and promote the construction of harmonious enterprises and society the results enrich the practice.Finally,the author combined with reflection on the service process,it is concluded that need to continue to focus on problems,including model remains to be perfect,the team professional ability to ascend,the enterprise engaged and were low.This study based on the practice of social work services in the public transport system,summarizes the results and problems of the service project for two years,to the project perfect service system and to explore a set of social work services for the public transport system mode plays an important role.At the same time,this study also actively promote the social attention to urban public service undertaker,further enrich the enterprise social work practice and theoretical results.
