Research On College Counselors' Abilities To Govern Campus Crisis

In recent years,with the development of social economy and the changes of university environment,the ideological trend,increasing the impact of material culture for college students.The campus crisis happens frequently and directly affect students' physical and mental health and normal order in school.How to prevent and treat of crisis events has cause the attention of the society.As front-line workers of students education management and crisis prevention and management system's main undertaker,counselors have very important role in crisis governance.Therefore,to strengthen the research of campus crisis governance abilities of college counselors has important practical significance.This paper generalized the university crisis management research progress at home and abroad,analyzed the present situation of crisis governance in universities,and studied the ability of counselors in university crisis governance.This article focuses on the analysis of counselors in the role of positioning,communication skills,governance abilities and other aspects of the problem in crisis governance.The author expounds the influence of university' s cognition,system guarantee and self-quality of counselors on the counselors' crisis governance abilities.Suggestions on perfecting the ability of counselors to govern campus crisis were put forward,from such aspects as perfecting synergy and guarantee mechanism in colleges and universities,perfecting the promotion mechanism of counselors,and improving the quality of crisis governance of counselors.The innovations of this paper lie in starting with the researches on emergency ability of college counselors in crisis events and combing the relationship between college counselors and college crisis events,dissects the coping ability of college counselors for crisis events,sort out the specific composition of college counselors crisis governance ability,and provides the direction of thinking to improve the campus crisis governance ability of counselors.
