The Study Of College Counselor Responging To Students' Social Crisis Events

In the process of economic development, social conflicts diverse and this kind of social contradictions and impetuous gas and slowly seep into the Universities. Thus, university administrators should pay attention to the study of college students' social event of crisis prevention and response while government is strengthening the management of social crises. Especially as college counselors who are direct managers to students, Because of the unique nature of the position and nature of the work, they have natural advantages in the Students' Social Crisis Management. Therefore, studying how to improve the ability about college counselors responding to Students' social crises become a pressing practical demand.This paper is based on the theory of crisis management and analyses how to deal with college students' social event of crisis better from the perspective of college counselors.Beside, this paper summarizes the problem and causes of college counselors responding to Students' social crises events by questionnaire analysis and personal inquiry. Then, from the aspects of three stages of crisis management prevention, response, rehabilitation,this article puts forward thoughts and specific measures for the counselors to deal with college students' social crisis events well.
