Based on the lack of relevant research on the Contextual Interference Effect in China, the author takes the serve of closed motion in tennis as a carrier, the service of changing the position parameters as the training task and ITN score as the evaluation index to select 32 physical education majors who each has tennis course learning experience and whose average score of ITN serve is about 32 points(out of 108 points),moreover, the service level comes into the stage of differentiation as the experimental subjects and then conducts on-the-spot research on background interference. The author also explores the influence of different training arrangements on the learners' skill learning with certain tennis learning experience, and further verifies the hypothesis of "Contextual Interference Effect" in motor skills learning. In the experiment, the experimental subjects are divided into S-shaped groups, which are specific group, blocked group, increasing group and random group after pretesting for a period of 4 weeks tee position training. After that, acquisition test is set,2 days later skill retention test, then transfer test,1 week later skill retention test, service test under certain fatigue state and comparison of duration of single training. The evaluation index of the first five tests is the ITN score, and the evaluation index of the last test is the length of time. The experimental results show that there is no significant difference among the four groups in the skill acquisition test and the first skill retention test.In the migration test, there is a significant difference between the increasing practice group and the specific group, between the increasing practice group and the blocked group. There is significant difference between the random group and the blocked group. In the retention test after 1 week, there is significant difference between the increasing practice group and the blocked group, between random group and blocked group. There is a significant difference between the specific group and the other three groups in the fatigue test of ITN grade. There is a significant difference between the increasing practice group and the other three groups in the single-group training duration test.Afterwards, the following conclusions are drawn from the data analysis: The practitioners in the stage of service differentiation have a Contextual Interference Effect in the service training of changing the parameters of different service positions, among which the moderate intensity change effect is the best. The tee position change training method with medium intensity, which is used by practitioners in the differentiation stage of serve,is better than traditional specific group.Practitioners in the differentiation stage of serve changing the parameters of service position, under the intervention of fatigue in the serve test, the result of which, compared with the traditional specific serve position,is more stable and more able to adapt to fatigue. After practitioners in the differentiation stage of serve taking the tee position change training with medium intensity, their cognition ability is higher and their training time becomes longer. In other words, the tee position change training with medium intensity provides suitable exercises for the practitioners in different practice stages,so as to ensure that the practitioners can always adapt to their own difficulty training arrangement throughout the practice and improve the movement skill efficiency.Practitioners in the differentiation stage of serve will get promoted. Therefore,it is suggested that the practitioners who have a certain tennis learning basis use more mid-level service to change the parameters of position in their service training.
